Filing a DMCA Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate actions, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that the content that was removed or disabled due to a copyright infringement claim is not infringing, or if you have the authorization from the copyright owner to use the material in question, you may send a counter-notice to our DMCA Agent. The counter-notice must include the following information:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  4. Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material unless the party who filed the original DMCA notice seeks a court order against you within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, ibomma1.in will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
